DENTAL IMPLANTS ALL-ON-4
Dental Implants with the highest success rate.
The All-on-4 Dental Implants method simply means that a full arch of artificial teeth is supported by only 4 dental implants. Typically, the posterior implants in the upper and lower jaw are placed at an angle to achieve bone anchorage and to avoid anatomical structures. The term All-on-4 also means that the implants can be placed immediately (within 24 hours) with a fixed arch of teeth.
All-on-4 avoids the tooth-by-tooth arch installation as done in traditional procedures, instead, it continues in a single session to restore the patient’s original set of teeth. With the All-on-4 technique, it is possible to reduce the time and costs of the intervention. Not only that, the innovative method offers the possibility of restoring mouth functionality with optimal long-term performance, thereby improving the quality of life.
Before proceeding with the intervention using the All-on-4 method, careful treatment planning is performed by specialists: the first step of dental therapy is an initial visit aimed at verifying the patient’s overall health condition. Then, a radiographic examination is conducted to assess the quantity and quality of the patient’s jawbone.

The shortest possible dental implant procedure with the fastest recovery time.
The All-on-4 treatment concept was developed to eliminate the need for bone grafting by angling the posterior implants towards the available bone area. This way, it bypasses the maxillary sinus in the upper jaw and the mental nerve in the lower jaw.
Reducing the number of necessary dental implants also reflects financially for the patient.
It simply involves oral surgery after the injection of local anesthesia. Implant placement is usually less invasive than tooth extraction, and even postoperative complications like swelling, bruising, and discomfort are generally less pronounced than after multiple tooth extractions.
For prosthetic restoration with a fixed arch of artificial teeth (implant bridge), an intraoral impression will be taken directly after implant placement. The placement of the temporary implant bridge usually happens the next day within 24 hours and rarely requires the application of local anesthesia.
After a healing period of approximately 3 months, all implants will be checked for stability, and the temporary fixed implant bridge will be replaced with a permanent fixed implant bridge, paying attention to the new conditions of the healed gums.
Patients who have transitioned from a removable denture to a fixed implant-supported bridge experience an immediate improvement in their quality of life. The reactions can sometimes be quite emotional, and patients often report that it was one of the best investments in their life.
The results will look and feel very natural, and the patient will regain full confidence in their chewing function, being able to eat anything without exception.
