The All-on-6 dental implant is a modern implant procedure that uses six titanium implants to support a full arch of missing teeth. Compared to dentures, All-on-6 offers stability that allows patients to eat, speak, and smile naturally without limitations, and all the teeth look natural.

The All-on-6 implant surgery, which includes placing a full fixed row of replacement teeth, is completed in one day. This cost-effective procedure improves the quality of life for our patients by providing full mouth functionality and beauty.

The ALL-ON-6 method, as its name suggests, involves the placement of 6 implants, on which a fixed composite prosthesis without a palate is then secured. It is indicated for patients who do not have sufficient bone volume in the frontal area, have significant bone defects, or have bone irregularities, thus the implant positions are shifted to the lateral part of the arch.

Unlike the ALL ON 4 method, the ALL-ON-6 may require the lifting of one or both maxillary sinuses, bone reconstruction, making it more expensive not only due to the number of implants used but also for the additional surgeries. Implants with a lifetime warranty are used for the ALL-ON-6 method.

All-on-6 Dental Implant Procedures

Your All-on-6 procedure begins with a consultation with Dr. Dori, our Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon. This includes an evaluation, a panoramic X-ray, and an explanation of the entire procedure.

On the day of the surgery, your implants will be placed using a custom-made surgical guide. Extractions, if needed, are also performed on the same day. The entire procedure is carried out under local anesthesia.

Once the implants are placed, your temporary bridges are fitted and will be replaced with final porcelain restorations after your mouth and jaw have healed.

After a healing period of approximately 3 months, Dr. Walter will check your implants for stability, and the permanent fixed implant bridges will replace your temporary ones.
