When bone conditions allow, with the placement of only 4 dental implants in specific strategic positions, it is possible to rehabilitate with fixed teeth even an entire arch of 12 upper or lower teeth. Just as a four-legged chair supports a person of any weight, four dental implants can support an entire dental arch. The positioning of these implants occurs through a single surgical procedure, which consists of extracting the remaining teeth (if present and if they cannot be recovered) and positioning the four dental implants.
